Scott Lawler
CEO (CISSP-ISSAP, ISSMP)
Mr. Lawler provides leadership as well as subject matter expertise to LP3 customers in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, Information Assurance, Security Architecture, and Enterprise Management Operations. He served for 21 years in the Air Force. Mr. Lawler stood up the Department of Defense Computer Emergency Response Team. He led a team delivering global network security services supporting 2.2 million customers. He was a key leader in activating the Joint Task Force-Global Network Operations (JTF-GNO) creating a mission critical global showplace and center of cybersecurity technical excellence. Mr. Lawler drafted and hand-carried the memo for DEPSECDEF signature that created the Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) program. Mr. Lawler served as the CISO for the National System for Geospatial Intelligence.
Mr. Lawler now serves on the Board of Directors of UNTRAFFICKED; a non-profit seeking to stop child sex trafficking across the country. He also volunteers delivering free cyber security awareness presentations to local businesses and community organizations helping people learn how to be safe and secure online.

Butch Zachrel

Butch is an ardent technologist focused on speed-to-mission and mission success taking great satisfaction in providing solutions to today’s challenges turning them into tomorrow’s opportunities. Butch worked with various innovative technologies over his past 30 years in industry and government. Butch is always staying relevant in the issues facing key leaders focusing on industry tested solutions as well as leap ahead technologies.
Butch’s expertise lies in approaching hard client challenges with a true team-of-teams approach with a focus on team cohesion to ensure successful deployment and sustainment of our LP3 solutions while having fun doing so. Butch spent his early years in the Marine Corps (once a Marine always a Marine) working in Cryptology and Signals Intelligence with the Fleet Marine Force and Naval Security Group. Butch is active in the American Legion and assisting wounded warriors find careers in government and industry.
Jeffery Grim
CISO | CTO (CISSP, CMMC-RP)
Mr. Grim has 35 years’ experience in a broad range of Information Technology disciplines including Information Assurance & Security, Domestic and International Data Center Management, Helpdesk & Customer Support, Enterprise Project Management, Systems Architecture, Engineering, System and Network Administration, and Software Development. He has extensive hands-on experience with System, Network, and Information Security; Disaster Recovery, Business Continuance, Event Monitoring Systems; System, Storage, and Network support; domestic and international operations centers. Past responsibilities include project team, departmental, and organizational management; evaluation, design, implementation, and management of data, network, server, and storage systems operational analysis, proposal writing, trade studies; evaluation and selection of COTS software; monitoring and help-desk tools evaluation and implementation; process engineering; budgetary development and management.
Mr. Grim has held Data Center Management and Director positions, and Senior Management, Systems, and Security Engineer positions at Fortune 500 companies such as Fidelity Investments (Boston), Thompson Financial (Boston), and BAE systems.
Mr. Grim volunteers giving free cyber security awareness presentations to local businesses and community organizations; we help people learn how to be safe and secure online.

Cory Kline
Directory of Army Programs (CISSP, PMP, CEH, MSIA)

Mr Kline served in the U.S. Army for 22 years, retiring in January 2016 from the Army Cyber Command with over 20 years of Cyber Security experience. Cory assisted the Army with the development and implementation of the Risk Management Framework as well as planning the cybersecurity services to be implemented for the Army’s transition to the Cloud. As the Director of Army Programs at LP3, he conducts Business Development and project management for cyber security related projects focusing on integrating products and services into the DoD Enterprise through the Risk Management Framework for both classified and unclassified projects.
Cory holds a Master’s of Science in Cyber Security and Digital Forensic Investigation from Norwich University and certifications as a Computer Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Network Defense Architect (CNDA), and is a Certified Specialist in Cloud Security.
